Westerly House on Bantry Bay Bantry Bay, Ballylickey, County Cork P75 V098

"We have just returned from the most wonderful stay at Westerly House, the location is stunning and the photos don't do it justice! We made use of the kayaks every day (lifejackets are provided) and we spotted seals out in the bay. The house itself is enormous, even at full capacity it never felt crowded. One side of the house has a stairgate which was very useful with a 2 year old and we were provided with a travel cot and high chair, which was great. We followed a few of the recommendations, which were fantastic and enjoyed lovely food from Mannings down the road as well as a brilliant massage from Seaview House Hotel opposite. "We had the most wonderful time at Westerly house with family in August. The house is beautiful, great space for everyone to come together and rooms to allow for some quiet time. We got great use out of the outdoor canadian hot tub, such a great facility to have! Equally the kayaks, we were out nearly twice a day on the kayaks... The children especially loved jumping off the pontoon into the bay. Al of the bedrooms are gorgeous but the Victorian White bedroom is a showstopper... Absolutely stunning... The gardens are also really well maintained.. we enjoyed exploring all the books and crannies.. Overall we would highly recommend Westerly house for an amazing stay in West Cork.. I only wish it was pet friendly so we could bring the canine family member too !"
