"The location is beautiful and quiet. This is all they have Just forget about the rest of the services. The house is very cold. There is no hot water for washing and showering Even with the heater running for ten hours, the water did not heat up. We did not know that we had to pay the electricity fees except upon receipt. Generally, I do not recommend coming here in the winter. Worried about how I will complete my remaining days here"

"Pros good location nice views complex grounds were well maintained. Cons we stayed in number 9, horrible chemical smell we had to burn 2 scented candles. Floorboards were lifting in sitting room where obvious water damage. Dead insects on window sills in kitchen area so not thoroughly cleaned. looked grubby in parts and in need of paint. No key supplied for our entire stay so house was left open day and night. Not safe with kids involved. Rep didn't answer our calls and texts to resolve until Trident head office got involved but still received no key for the entire stay of 6 days."

"We had house number 17. The house was spacious & spotless clean and we had everything we needed. All appliances worked well. We had plenty of hot water and the heating worked well when we needed to turn it on. The house looked out over a beautiful river. The local town is a 5 min drive. There is a good Aldi in the town and an appachi pizza. There is also a lovely bakery called Jacks in the town. Other than that not much in the town itself. The only feedback I would give to the owners is the mattresses need to be changed as they all seemed to dip and they should have some harder pillows available as the ones in the house are too soft (small complaint but a good night's sleep is important when you are away). Other than that we had a lovely week. The houses are in a great location but you do need a car. Kilarney is 30 min drive. Would definitely recommend these houses for any family looking to explore Kerry."

"Very cold.. it was storage heating and we had the heating on every night which was additonal costs.. it never warmed the apartment but we had to have it on for the hot water."
