"3rd time to stay here. Kids had great fun the previous times in kids club. 9 and 11 now so outgrown it but still loads to do in a great location. Food, service and value excellent. Breakfast made to order. Stay included a meal on one night which was very nice, kids portions were generous. Hotel owner came around to everyone's table at breakfast and introduced himself, asked if we were happy with everything and thanked us for the business which we thought was a lovely touch Would recommend this hotel for a family stay."

"Great place to relax. The decor is a bit old, - the carpets and wallpapers could be updated. However, the spa, pool and gym are adequate, no robes though for the pool to room walk, breakfast is great. People are friendly, and the service is good. Lots of kids around, at least when we visited. No complaints, we had ours as well. The kids club in the evenings helps to get the parents some quiet time. Bar has live country/soft rock on the evenings. Overall would recommend for an inexpensive getaway."

"This is my second time staying at the hotel and I had a really lovely relaxing weekend and enjoyed the spa. I lost my purse and the staff went out of there way to contact me. After trying to reach me for over two weeks as it was found in a public area and handed in and the room was not booked in my name. I couldn't believe I was contacted about the purse and to find out all my belongings had been returned safely. I could not believe how kind and professional the staff where and I will be back again. The food is lovely and the staff are just amazing. So I will definitely be returning. Huge thanks you to the two female members of staff who helped me."

"I had an amazing stay here with my 2 young children. Upon checking in we were upgraded to the family room. Which was amazing. 3 single beds and 1 large double bed. Stunning Christmas decorations and even a Santa post box for the kids. I also had a treatment at Rejuvenate Spa within the hotel grounds, 10/10 for this. I had a full body scrub, aloe Vera body wrap and hot stone massage. If I was to give one mark off it would be for the pillows being a bit hard to sleep on. But other than that, food, drink, staff, cleanliness would be 10/10. We will be back in 2023!"

"I've stayed twice now once with children and once without and I can't fault anything about this hotel. The staff are lovely cannot do enough for you its a really relaxed atmosphere. The food is lovely can't fault it everything is to a high standard from breakfast to lunch to dinner. Also I stay in many hotels and this hotel has the most comfortable mattresses and pillows I have ever slept on."
