"Probably the most picturesque place to stay in tipperary, from reception to bar floor staff and manager.we most definitely will be back Probably to get the cottages this time beautiful walking and hiking trails,I highly recommend eating at this hotel you won't be disappointed, good Gunness too"
"Booked a two night stay with one evening meal. We were given a food voucher on arrival to use either night, We were told they couldn't guarantee a table in the restaurant on the Saturday night due to a large family gathering.. We decided to use the food voucher on the Friday night and source another restaurant the following night. The dinner was basic and the breakfast basic also. The service was poor in the breakfast room while we waited 15mins for dairy free milk. Have to say, probably won't go back, I wouldn't have the energy to climb the two flights of stairs with a small suitcase at 65yrs old, and having bad knees it was a hard climb. I'm sure any walkers would love the place, and at the end of the day you get what you pay for....a basic House Hotel"
"40 family members celebrated my father's 90th birthday on Saturday 17th, it was excellent. The food was lovely, management and staff helpful and friendly and the view, absolutely stunning. Have no hesitation recommending the venue."
