"Beautiful service, really happy with location"
"A wonderful stay in Clonakilty. Dermot was a fantastic host and we had some great chats in the mornings. Breakfast was delicious and rooms were very clean and comfortable. About 15 mins walk from town. Would highly recommend."
"We stayed here for two nights during our roundtrip of Ireland. The hosts were very friendly and lovely. Their recommendation of a local pub was great (in the back of Donovan Hotel in Clonakilty). The room was very comfy, tidy and big. The breakfast was more than enough and tasty. We got cornflakes, toasts, bread, marmelade, juice, yoghurt and Irish Breakfast (egg, bacon, tomato, sausages, black pudding). The tomato was beautifully carved like a flower every day. They had coffee and tea (even berry tea, something that was hard to find in other B&B!). They not only offered shower gel and shampoo, they even had hair conditioner. As a female I highly appreciate such products. Clonakilty itself is a nice town. We visited the model village which was nice, you can visit the House of Michael Collins (important person for Irelands Independence) and the quay was nice. For us it was a very nice stay."
"Great place to stay. Highly recommended.. The room we stayed in for 3 nights was very clean and comfortable. Bernie was very nice and accomodating..an absolute gem. The breaskfast was a real treat to us..She served it nice and hot every morning...and the black pudding was just delicious. The kids really enjoyed their stay. Only few minutes drive to Inchydoney...and other fabulous spot. The house itself is very presentable, clean and nice quiet location. Highly recommended. Thank you Bernie."
