"The Guesthouse and restaurant was close to town. Great to get a downstairs bedroom which was very spacious and airy. Good choice of breakfast. Restaurant very busy for evening meal. Would recommend An Sugan Guesthouse."
"Beautiful townhouse, however a huge amount of dust (maybe it was an oversight due to pandemic). Breakfast was superb served by a lovely waitress. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed on Mondays particularly after the long closure. Finally disappointed that we weren't greeted on leaving to ask how our stay was, after searching to try and check out, a lady called down to us to say to just leave the key at reception !! This establishment could easily be 4 star with better customer service"
"My wife and I stayed here as one of 11 different hotels during our 16-day honeymoon between Ireland and Scotland. Without question, this was our favorite overnight stay of the entire trip. The room was comfortable, clean, well-sized, and easily accessible despite being on the top floor. The staff was helpful, friendly, and entertaining. Finally, the food was excellent! Our dinner was a sampler platter of locally sourced seafood and an extremely tasty vegetable soup that was their soup of the day. The breakfast the following morning was one of the highlights of our trip from a food perspective - just a simple Irish Breakfast of sausage, baked beans, black pudding, eggs, bacon, and bread. But the quality of the food was incredible! The pork sausage may have been the best sausage I've ever had, and set the bar extremely high for the remainder of our trip."
