"What a delightful place and couple. My wife and I arrived a bit later than planned and I was met at the door by a smiling and friendly Breda that showed us to our room. She had turned on an electric blanket for us earlier so that we could enjoy climbing into a warm bed. The room and bed were comfortable and quiet. For breakfast my wife and I enjoyed a delicious full Irish and a couple of freshly baked scones and croissants, all locally sourced. We were able to visit with Breda and Pat for a few minutes before heading out on our days adventure. We will make the extra effort to visit again!"

"The family-owned property is nicely seated on the River Lee. They have a small water front access, which our children spent most of their time. Breda, the host, and her family were very friendly and helpful. The common room had several travel brochures and restaurant menus. The family room met out needs. Breakfast was very good and more than enough! Unfortunately, the room was dirty and some of the appliances were in a state of disrepair. For example, the lampshade next to the bed was falling to pieces without being touched. The carpet needed vacuuming and there were spiders and insects in the room and bathroom. The Wi-Fi worked well only if you were near the source in the dining room or common room. The credit card machine wasn't working, which caused us to scramble for a cash machine, but these things happen..."
"Very welcoming bnb. The place itself is stunning as the backyard gives a direct access to the river. The sunset on the hills is worth the stay. Besides that, the rooms were very comfortable and cozy. Highly recommended!"
