"Some wait staff are incredibly rude, one openly screamed at another staff member in the open, over a very small thing. Bad carry on. Food undercooked & made me ill. How hard is it to cook a chicken leg?"

"The service was very slow. As a solo person, I was forgotten about had to get waiters' attention to order my mains and dessert. The place was packed. I often wonder if they take on too many bookings, especially when they don't have the staff. The food was nice and is reasonably priced, but should have a notice outside saying bookings only. I just turned up and was waiting about 30 mins as I was unaware of this. I even checked their Facebook page and nothing was said about bookings. To avoid waiting book ahead"

"This is a delightful place to stay… clean, quiet, comfortable beds and excellent staff in the restaurant. The food was of a very high standard and the staff were clearly well trained. I was impressed that you gave the tip to the waiters rather than into central fund. Good thinking as you tip if you’re pleased with service. We were a group of musicians from Clare who wanted a place to gather and play music…. They accommodated us in every way. We’ll be back!"
