"The attitude and lack of respect for a guest was horrifying!! I came up just before 5pm to get the keys and the lady was extremely rude towards me, brother and his girlfriend. Very bad experience with them and we didn't stay there as she was at the gate stopping the taxi to go towards saying that 5pm is way too late to arrive. Never evet meet anyone so disrespectful as this lady."
