"My family and I spent 3 nights here in October 2022. The first night we arrived very late and were still met by our wonderful host Ann. With a batch of delicious cupcakes! The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The woodwork was beautiful. The beds were firm and comfy. The fireplace was perfect for resting our bones after long days of running around Ireland. The jacuzzi tub in the upstairs bedroom got used every night. The true highlight for my family though was Charlie the dog. We missed him our first night, but on the second night there he was sitting outside the door just looking to see who was around. We opened the door and he came right in and accepted all the love we had to give ... and there was plenty. He is still considered our favorite part of the trip. I would highly recommend staying here. While there be sure to visit the town of Kenmare. We went for breakfast in the morning and stopped in for a pint and some music in the evening and were very satisfied both times."
