"From the moment we arrived florence was a man on a mission to make sure we had a wonderful stay. He met us outside and guided us to the apartment and gave us some amazing recommendations for places to eat and have a drink locally. The food in Kirby's Brogue Inn was amazing and Sean Og's was the place to be at night! Florence was super helpful with information on Kerry as a whole and where he would reccomend going it's not often you meet a host as friendly, welcoming and genuinely willing to assist you. The apartment was in a perfect location right smack bang in the middle of Tralee town, walking distance to all bars, shops and restaurants. The biggest plus was every bedroom was en suite unheard of these days but so nice to have you're own space to retreat to and get ready. The hallway of the apartments doesn't give a great first impression but the apartment itself was great, my only suggestions would be better lighting in the kitchen it was quite dark even with the lights on, stronger brighter bulbs would be an instant fix. Some cushions on the sofa would make it more homey as it's quite uncomfortable without them. Obviously with being an apartment there's fire doors that bang all day and all night so if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs because nobody knows how to close a door gently. They do offer a laundry service but I love a washing machine, in an ideal world it would have one especially for families staying more than a few days. But all those things are minor and wouldn't stop me returning again. Thanks to Florence for making sure we had a great stay!"

"Lived here for a few months had to deal with a constant fight with mould and I use to wake up dizzy. I do not recommend these apartments and I do not recommend the school that puts you in them the place was just not good"

"Lovely place,staff could not do enough for you.spotless clean on the inside.Only down fall outside and entrance hall could do with a tidy up and bit of paint.Great location.With 3 daughters all rooms ensuite went down a hit,would definitely visit and stay again."
