Eagle Point Camping. (Campáil Pointe an Iolair) , Ballylickey, County Cork P75 WP58

"Brilliant campsite. Me and my partner don't drive and so picked Eagle Point as you can get a bus there from Cork City (bus stops right at the grounds). While most campers drove there, it's great to see that it's an option. The staff were lovely and even refunded us money as we mistakingly booked the option where you have a car. We didn't have electric hookup but there were plenty of spots around the campsite where you could charge your phone etc. Facilities were all clean. They had great showers for free (I recommend the showers near the front of the campsite as they're better than the ones further on). Centra is across the road from the campsite so great for getting food (so if you're packing light you don't have to bring food). We went to Oavane Falls Inn for lunch on the first day (10 min walk) which was lovely. On the second day we had lunch in Manning's Emporium (20 min walk) which does delicious toasties and cakes. Amazing views of the sea. We camped by the water and could hear the waves in our tent. It was quiet every night after 10 (and not very loud during the day with kids running around since the site is so big). Highly recommend if you want to go camping but still want some comforts like hot water and buying food/ restaurants."

"The most beautiful campsite in Ireland. The views are second to none. All pitches are staggered so everyone get the view. Bathroom blocks are spotless and hot water is always available. The ladies that run the place are very helpful with info on day trips etc. Its my favourite site by far"

"Brilliant campsite. Management do a fantastic job, everything is clean and tidy. The hot showers were heavenly! Perfect location with plenty of activities for families . Shop across the road for all your needs and restaurants only a few minutes away. Highly recommend this Campsite and will definitely be back soon. A+++"

"Great caravan site. We were lucky enough to be allocated pitch B18, so the motorhome was down by the beach. On of the best pitches we have had in 40 years of touring! Staff very helpful."
