"This is a basic camping ground without any airs and graces. It you are looking for manicured lawns you won't find them here. It is probsby as close to wild camping as you are going to get with showers, a camp kitchen and social area and toilets. All very basic but functional. That's the beauty of the place."
"I struggle to give this campsite even 1 star It's more like a concentration camp more rules than Ryanair There's a what they call a little park for 2 kids which is rusted and dangerous the owners were very ignorant there's a restaurant at reception but no food being served if you're tenting then you are treated very poorly compared to others Over all 200 euro for the weekend To just pitch a tent"
"More an outback campsite than a camping, as per say, but yet pleasant although rustic and basic. Pricey for what it is but the choice is limited so we were happy to stay there. The owners are very nice and friendly."
"A great place for camping. Toilets and showers clean. Hot shower available morning and evening. Place for a barbecue, washing dishes with access to gas cookers and fridge. The campsites are divided and in the quiet with access to the covered dining room. Very calm and safe. No crowds of people. I recommend it with all my heart. Referring to previous opinions on toilets and showers, I suggest these people book a 5 β hotel for the future and enjoy 24/7 Internet access etc. Because that's the most important thing on camping ... Thank goodness no one complained about the bugs and flies in the campsite."
"I was very disappointed with the campsite. A person on a bike pays β¬18, which is the highest price paid in Ireland for the lowest quality. The pitch for the tents is by the roadside and very windy. The showers are in a wooden building full of cobwebs and above all, drafts. The water in the shower is very hot, that's the only positive point. The kitchen area is dirty, the Wifi works for 10 seconds then stops. I recommend you go elsewhere if you have the possibility but unfortunately there are not many choices in the area."
