"We were lucky to get the best room in the hotel. The one with its own balcony looking out over the sea. A lovely hotel and very friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during the Waterville Trail Running Festival. The residents' bar had some very welcome pints after the race. The only tiny niggle was no printed vegan cooked breakfast option. But they were happy to put something together for me."
"Lovely staying house in waterville and sometimes we go over for a drink and what I can tell it's just a lovely place really nice with good food is absolutely to die for amazing just everything about it is just fantastic you know I'm go five stars for everything"
"Great location, room was spacious and super cosy with stove on. Staff very friendly. If had to nitpick, it would be to have books/ newspapers , with fire lit. In the adult only lounges. Had a wet and wild Sunday , and would loved to have sat by fire with choice of books and a pint."
"Lovely spacious room with view of the bay. Only stayed for one night but plan to visit again in the summer. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast too."
"We had dinner at the restaurant. Very good overall. Decor and view are good. Service staff are attentive and extremely well mannered. Food was well presented, fresh and good portions. The seafood platter was a stand out. Wouldn't recommend the Irish coffee as was served in a short stem wine glass. Was then too hot to handle!!"
