"We stayed here for 3 nights and it was excellent! Communicated prior to our trip from NJ to Dingle was great, Helen was very helpful with great suggestions as I planned our trip. Brian made us feel welcome, we were early and enjoyed the tea he brought us in lovely living room overlooking Dingle Bay. The bed was most comfortable as well as plush robes in our super clean and nice room. Shower water pressure is awesome, all amenities superb. Breakfasts are fresh made and I appreciate the Gluten Free large selection. Everything highest quality, serves were delightful. Location is ideal being waterfront in quiet part while easy walk to center of town. This was the best place we’ve ever been and hope to return."

"Had a lovely stay at Castlewood House. Helen and Brian were such wonderful host. The room was very cozy, breakfast was five star. The server Ann was very kind and helpful with the menu. We had Brian’s omelet and the blue cheese frittata, it was delicious! They had a beautiful breakfast buffet as well including a variety of juices, meats, cheeses, and fruit. I especially enjoyed the plums which Brian was so kind in sharing how he made them. After breakfast Helen spent time with us to share all of the stops to make on Slea Head Drive. She shared stories and history of Ireland that we thoroughly enjoyed. The only disappointment was that we didn’t stay another day, but we willI certainly be back to visit Castlewood House."

"This was our fourth or fifth time staying with Brian and Helen, and Castlewood House remains unmatched in terms of service, welcome, comfort, and quality. From the moment you step foot in the beautifully appointed lobby, you know you are somewhere special. Staff are so warm and friendly, and remain efficient and helpful at all times. Rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast - where do I start?! Again a wonderful space to enjoy your most important meal of the day. Staff care for you like family. The selection offered is impressive no matter your preference, and the quality follows through. Everything is just delicious! The location is perfect. It’s close enough that everything is within walking distance but on the outskirts enough that you get the benefit of a beautiful view. I look forward to returning for many years to come and thank Brian, Helen, and their amazing staff for being shining lights in the hospitality sector. What wonderful and gracious hosts!"
