"Saw lovely lady & chap rescue a baby moorhen from drowning! What lovely people. Cared for it until it recovered then put it where mother could find it. Beautiful pool with wildlife in abundance. Short leisurely walk around it takes 20 mins or so..but allow time also to appreciate nature."
"Fradley junction is rather lovely and interesting. Located with no busy roads nearby it is a great place to spend a few hours exploring the canal junction and locks, bridges and all the usual stuff including a fair number of narrow boats, both passing through and parked up. There is also a pleasant flat walk around the lake in the nature reserve alongside the canal towpath. Food and drink are available from no less than three different outlets. Including a pup (The Swan) and two cafes (with my choice being The Laughing Duck)"
"Small but beautifully formed and well worth a visit. Next to it is Fradley Junction, perfect for a pint at the pub by the canal or coffee at the cafe."
"Beautiful area full of wildlife, a lovely place to walk and relax"
"Beautiful place, and a decent disabled path all the way around, so calm n peaceful "
