"Dear Dr Stephenson. Were you embarrassed when recording that message on the phone? Are you embarrassed to have your name in the worst reviewed GP in Stoke? Do you have hopes to maybe one day get a better job or work somewhere respectable or you are happy with this appaling level of service and customer satisfaction? It is mind boggling that someone goes to medical school for nearly a decade and sees how medicine works and then sits back and watches their own name being linked to a butcher shop like the one you work at and does nothing about it. Have you lost interest? Do you now care anymore? What about the Hippocratic Oath that you took? Did you forget that? If you are just doing it for the EXCELLENT salary that you receive, maybe you should consider another job. Medicine is not about money - or at least it shouldn't be. Get a few of your salaries and use it in the stock market or something like that - if money is all you care about. Retire from your position and let someone competent, caring and intelligent do this job. This surgery desperatly need it!"
