"I had 2 fillings done and went very smooth no pain during treatment. An excellent dental practice and happy with service received. Thanks"
"I haven't been to a dentist in 6 years after my ex tried to remove my teeth him self. I had decaying and broken teeth. The dental team were amazing and patient with me allowed me breaks if needed and were reassuring and positive."
"Wow what can I say…. I was so nervous about my appointment. The receptionist made me feel so much more at ease straight away and delivered such a great service. Francesca what can I say she’s such a lovely lady if you need the Invisalign she’s your go to lady. She supports you every step of the way even after your treatment. There were other staff members who I’ve not seen before and they were so lovely and made such a big impression on my visit back which was lovely especially as my anxiety was through the roof! Thank you all again and would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone !!"
"Excellent service provided as always. The dental team are very professional and make you feel comfortable and relaxed"
"Me and my partner both had Invisalign carried out here and it was an absolute awful decision, my partners teeth were not so out of place so hers were relatively straight forward to fix. Myself on the other hand had a terrible experience, from being mis-sold at the beginning to several very poor incidents throughout! It started badly - I paid a deposit and had my examination and was told it was perfectly suitable for me, this was after another dentist advised me I wouldn’t be I was assured by Clayton I would, after being told I had a rather long time to consider my options I was then told that I literally had to decide if I wanted it done with a couple of days or I would of lost a large deposit if I decided against it. I decided to take the plunge and have it done as it suited my needs for travelling over a fixed brace. It got worse - after having teeth removed to allow my teeth space to move I was then only told about the horrible white “dots” they add to your teeth to create pressure points, I was never informed of these prior and neither was my partner! At this point I knew I’d made a mistake going ahead but with having teeth out and paying thousands of pounds out (I paid upfront to save on the total fee - same for my partner) I had no choice but to continue. Whilst having these dots fitted i felt my lip burning, this got worse throughout the day until they started to blister in the afternoon. I complained and returned the next day - they said “that they thought my lips looked dry so must be a cold sore” I have never had a cold sore in my life before or after in the years following. It was the acid to fit the dots. I was charged double for hygiene appointments £100 odd which didn’t even last the length of a single hygiene appointment. On my second tooth removal - the dentist was actually crying as I entered the room, I have no idea what personal issues the people were having but I didn’t feel too happy to see the person removing my tooth was about to have a break down, at which point I was informed her husband would actually be removing my tooth so to go upstairs but only when his lawyer had finished? (I must say he was excellent, very good extraction) but I couldn’t believe this was all going on at a business. After having my teeth “straightened” and saying I didn’t think they were straight enough they then had me four more sets made to try improve it - they didn’t and their response was “nothing we can do you don’t have enough room to move them anywhere” if this was the case I should have been told from the start. After the treatment I had a lot of pain in my upper tooth, I could see the gum had been forced away but was told they would just fill the tooth if it carried on but that wouldn’t help my gum line? Next they tried to get me to spend another 4K on cosmetic work for veneers etc having little faith they could improve the look I let them “build up” two of my teeth of which one of them they built up to be higher then the others and sloped! The second one actually fell out the same day and I had to go back to have it fixed, at which point they just rammed so filler in. It’s now a big gap which actually holds food horribly. It total I spent thousands of thousands of pounds and the results were very poor, finished off badly by poor cosmetic work, I never returned after the final let down! I rang other dentists and they were well aware of who I was on about and had taken over some cases, Clayton also charge £250 per retainer and they told me they would need to be changed every 3 months!! Which is laughable - just try it on for more money. The receptionist was the most amazingly friendly lady and to be fair so was the dentist I just don’t rate her work. Once they went to being bupa the prices went insane! Stuff they used to give for free for Invisalign such as chews and foams went silly prices! There’s much better options in the local area."
