"Beyond disappointed, I’ve used Sam and Lin for nearly 3 years and they always did a top job and I’d book up months in advance. The new owner is a complete disaster, my little dog looks absolutely awful, her legs are unevenly hacked, her heads nearly shaved bald, she has an open wound on her ear, her face looks ridiculous, her bottom was left dirty, her ears not cut, a really horrible experience for such a lovely little dog who always came bouncing out after a groom looking and smelling amazing. The owner at least had the decency not to charge me. I’ve cancelled my future bookings and definitely not use again."
