I cannot fault them and am grateful for all their assistance so far especially for how good they've been with him for his initial vaccinations! Customer service is second to none and booking appointments is never an issue, they also offer alternative branches if they don't have a date/time available to suit us. "Carried out our 6 monthly check in the waiting room with other dogs present when our dog is very reactive. Tried to listen to her heart which was pointless as we pointed out but nothing changed. Haygate also referred us to Chester when a suitable facility for heart scans was available in Telford at a far more reasonable price. Shame as it's our local but we have since moved vets."
