They always listen carefully to us and any concerns we have and then take the appropriate action, reassure us and keep us informed. They are always thorough and never rush us in and out which shows that they really do care about the animals. We pay for the pet plan and we receive regular reminders when the cats are due to be flead, wormed and vaccinated which is great to keep us on top of all their treatments. When I order their prescriptions the staff here quickly process them so we can pick them up."
