"Useless, I ordered a washer through curry's the team knowhow guys arrived and told me to get another part to help to fit my washer which in the end was not needed, they already disconnected my old washer so when they came back the next day this was because I had to arrange another day for them to come to give me time to fetch the pipe they told me they needed... they arrived the next day and started to move my old washer back in the place it came from instead of my new one can you believe it, in the end had to get my own plumber who did the job in 20 minutes will never use these people again. Absolutely a waste of space. Complained to Currys about this and give them their dues I was refunded the money which I paid for the installation."
"I came in to collect a TV had to embarrass the manager to get someone to get it for me. The people on the knowhow desk were swamped but the rest if the shop was not busy. Lots of sales people stood around avoiding going near the knowhow desk. When you purchase an item in a shop you expect the shop will at least try to keep you happy by giving you the item you purchased."
