"Very disappointing experience with Shontel of MK Critical Cleans. We had the cleaner in our flat for an end of tenancy clean for 6 hours. We weren't aware of some mold that had grown behind furniture so admittedly, this did take extra time for the cleaner (who was lovely) to fix. Upon inspecting the property, it was evident that it hadn't even been mopped nor were the surfaces cleaned to anywhere remotely a professional standard. Upon raising this with Shontel, any ounce of customer service left her body. She was exceptionally sarcastic and called me a liar. When sending video proof of the state of it, she told me next time I should just use a different cleaner."
