Very bad for water drainage. It had to be cleaned, but I had no idea who to turn to. Fortunately the good reviews for Geyserclean lead me to book their services. Even though the earliest availability was several weeks away it was reassuring to know that lots of other people needed their help, so it would be worth waiting. It was. When I booked, Ian provided an estimated time of arrival, but on the day the chaps arrived over half an hour earlier than planned, as rain was forecast to arrive just a few hours later. Because rain could potentially affect the effectiveness of the algae treatment, and therefore the quality of their work, I'm impressed they wanted to get started early. Not only was years of moss scraped off, treatment applied and gutters and fascias cleaned, they summarized the state of the guttering and tiles, very useful feedback. Photos taken from the scaffolding were happily shared with me showing the before and after. The chaps also minimized the amount of mess created in the garden by putting down ground sheets and swept up afterwards too. Geyserclean really were excellent, as they are committed to doing a good job for you. They deserve the good reviews they are receiving."
