"After 6 weeks of calling different plumbers who were incredibly overpriced and unwilling to help I was running out of patience. Fortunately I came across Normz Plumbing and heating. I must say his customer service is exceptional. I contacted him Wednesday this week about needing a radiator replacement because of a leak. He couldn’t do enough for me. He found time for me in his schedule and came Friday night in the same week 2 days later. He is polite, respectful, courteous and amazing at what he does. He is a very skilled person and so professional in his work, paying great attention to detail at a very reasonable and affordable price. Will definitely use his services in future anytime.
