"Very good experience. The light to my cooker hood had exploded and welded the contacts. They did quite a lot of investigation to find the parts and went above and beyond to repair the unit. I would recommend them absolutely. Good old fashioned service at a reasonable price."

"I bought a LEC fridge from this shop a year ago. It had a 3-year warranty on it which is one of the main reasons I bought it. Big mistake. Within 12 months the freezer compartment door latch broke and I arranged a repair. It then took 10 WEEKS for the engineer to come out. The LEC after service is a joke. Long waits on the phone to contact them. AVOID BUYING ANY LEC PRODUCT. Not worth the hassle."
