"I had my car in with a garage I trusted after it developed an electrical fault. They had the car for 4 months, charged me near on £700, and didn't fix the issue. I contacted the team here and they got me in the following Tuesday, found the fault by Thursday, had the part arrive a week later from Germany, and had the issue sorted. They called me every afternoon with an update, were incredibly polite, proficient and friendly and extremely fair with their pricing (charged me about half what the other garage did for a successful result!). They even kindly kept the car for me for an extra 5 days as I was moving house and very, very busy. This honestly is a 5* service, I cannot fault them about any step of the process and I am one happy Z3 owner!"
