"I've just booked this on a black Friday deal. Used park holidays before and had a lovley experience in Cornwall June this year. Staff and the whole experience was marvelous. However since reading the terrible reviews about cleanliness. An absolute disturbing review about a family of colour being treated appalling. I will be calling park holidays tommorow to change me booking to somewhere else, especially as we are a family of colour too, and I don't want to be drawn into a situation where I might not act as dignified as I usually am !!!! I had such a great experience before with park holidays that's why I didn't read the reviews before I booked, but to be quite honest I m really put off. Sorry."
"This is a holiday park and we seemed to time things wrong as the park has recently been sold. It seems the new owners are injecting some money into the entertainment centre. The downside is that where it once stood is now a partly derelict building site. The location is ideal for Chichester, it's an easy road into Portsmouth one way and Brighton the other so a very hand base and the prices through the park are OK. Though there do seem a lot on air bnb at more competitive rates. A thought for next time. I will return as the peace and quiet is phenomenal and the lake views make this location truly idyllic. Do not visit if you dislike geese, they roam everywhere which we found charming. I was told by a friendly neighbour they are Canadian and Grey lag. You can in season fish the lakes, also a nice draw for some truly lazy days I think next summer."
"Lovely holiday park. Very peaceful. Club house not open at the moment as it's being renovated. However, when it opens it will be great. Indoor pool, second bar area, extended decking overlooking the lake. Perfect"
"Large caravan site, from what I saw all the caravans look new. Very well equipped (full size oven/hob & fridge/freezer). Staff are friendly and attentive, first time I've ever had a phone call to check everything was OK with the accommodation at a site like this. Very nice touch."
"Just spent a short mid-week break. Caravan was of good standard and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. The park is surrounded by beautiful lakes with lots of wildlife. Ideal for bird watching. Dining on the terrace overlooking the lake was lovely. Definitely worth a visit."
