"Good location as it's next to the cathedral, shops and SPOONS! Rooms are fine but there wasn't an working extractor fan in the bathroom which made things quite steamy. The window also barely opens while understandable for safety reasons could open a little more so the room could be well ventilated. There were a few hairs on the floor in the bathroom and stains on the carpet which wasn't ideal. The receptionist was very nice and friendly and helpful."
"First time in a travelodge and was perfectly sufficient for our stay. Staff and service were excellent, they sorted a problem with our sink professionally. Room was clean, bed was comfy and shower was decent. Parking was unexpectedly free and much appreciated. Wish wifi was free as our mobile data was quite poor in the room. For the price we paid though, travelodge were pretty good, staff in particular were a highlight."
"Great location opposite the Cathedral with free parking. Check in by Keri was efficient. Room 227 was spacious and quiet. All looked clean and in good condition except the carpet in the corridor that is showing wear and tear. Good value for a good nights sleep."

Room is adequate for this purpose, BUT THE CARPET IN ROOM 315 IS DISGUSTING, FIT ONLY FOR THE SKIP!!! Parking limited if you don't like the underground park next door."
"Staff helpful, central and three disabled spaces. Downside; we were there for 4 nights over that time no sign of a cleaner, neither bedding or bin changed/emptied! Wet room not touched at all! We have stayed in quite a few Travelodges and found them to be more than acceptable but, this one lets the whole organisation down."
