"Good morning, we were treated very racistly by the reds rain agency on holderness, because we wanted to extend the loan, we didn't get help because we don't speak English, we had an interpreter but they said that he couldn't explain it to us either, we feel cheated because 5 years ago it didn't bother the agency when we bought a flat that we don't speak english they cheated us because they charged us 750f for unlimited care."
