"Good breakfast with lots of choice. Comfortable bedrooms. Really good shower. Warm, friendly welcome on arrival. Plenty of parking to front of property. Excellent location. Regular bus service to city. Wi fi available."
"We booked this place on the quality of the reviews ,what a mistake ! We did not stay but left immediately. The place is up for sale and the room we had ( 7 ) was awful , it is very dated and in need of decoration ,maintenance and new furniture. The dining kitchen is being worked on ,windows boarded up ,some unit fronts off ,tools and materials lying about ,a work in progress the host said ! ,three breakfast tables were made up in there ! Had we known all this we would never have booked . The 1 star is for the balcony overlooking the garden which sadly we never got to use . We left very angry , dismayed and in disbelief at the reviews that encouraged us to choose the place . Steve and Selina"
"We slept like Babes in beautiful room 6 after the Hot Choc, had lovely shower followed by Breakfast, all that you would expect, whilst looking out at the lovely large Garden. Felt very comfortable, Thank you Janet"
"Nice landlady. Spacious room with large ensuite. Micro wave, kettle, tea/ coffee in room, fridge aswell. Lovely large back garden which is accessible. Car parking at front . Only downside were the beds - very hard and for us very uncomfortable. Pillows also very hard."
