"Awful. I started my life insurance application 9 weeks ago with this company and completed the application questionnaire 8 weeks ago. From that point, weeks of silence. No updates, no confirmation, no timelines, no guidance. This company will not speak to you or give you any update on your application until you chase them, and even then you could chase multiple times. If their job is to be the middle man between an applicant and a provider, you'd assume a large chunk of their job is to keep the applicant updated. I raised complaints and concerns to my case manager, but they were never acknowledged, it was brushed off quite conveniently, with the update I had been waiting for. It is incredibly stressful going each week without the cover I am waiting for, with no confidence they will get it done any time soon. Either go direct to the provider or at the very least, do not use LifeQuote"
