"I had my first check up today and was really impressed. The receptionist was lovely and friendly, the appointment was earlier than scheduled which was a big relief and the dentist was really thorough and a lovely man. All in all one of the best dental experiences I have had!"
"I am very nervous about visiting the dentist. I cracked a tooth and was referred to Smiles by their sister surgery for extraction of the tooth. When I arrived at my appointment, I was collected by a lovely lady who instantly put me at ease. I explained that I was very stressed about the thought of having my tooth removed, but they were very understanding and assured me that they would do everything to make me as comfortable as possible. I was given local anaesthetic, then the area was checked to see if I could feel anything. Once the dentist (A Kunjar) was confident that I was numb, the procedure started. The extraction itself, literally took 5 minutes. I was so relieved. Great experience (as dentist visits go :-)). I will much happier about attending the dentist now."
