"Great service. Clean. Accessible in most areas but do mention before your appointment that you cannot do stairs as we discovered the exam rooms are down steps despite being told it was accessible on the phone. Staff do need some training re autism. For example don't touch a child without explaining you are about to and to explain exactly what you need them to do. The service was good and we got glasses back a week later. The assistant made sure they were totally comfortable and well fitting."
