"I chose this place as it was right next to Humber bridge. The en suite was lovely and had a fantastic power shower. The room itself however was full of dust. I was honestly feeling suffocated with the amount of dust in this room. See the pic of the dust in the ray of sunlight entering the room. Also, the sheets had all sorts of hair on them, and the room could have done with a good vacuuming as their were nail clippings and crumbs on the floor. I will definitely NOT be staying here again!"
"We've stayed here a few times. It's easy to get to from the motorway and also for driving in to Hull city centre. It's close to hessle town centre with it's ships and amenities. There's a nearby nature reserve and foreshore for walking and also the Humber bridge is a couple of minutes away. This hotel has opening windows which are much welcomed. The adjoining pub / restaurant is good value and has a large outdoor space for families and children."
"My room was ok quite clean although a strong smell of aftershave when I first entered the room, my colleagues rooms smells of damp , the receptionist solution was to spay loads of airfreshener. One of my colleagues broke down on route, she phoned the hotel numerous times late evening but no one answered the phone. On arrival early the following morning they had cancelled her room and meal vouchers and put her room as available.. only after arguing with reception they honoured the room booked for the 2nd night of a 2 night booking but wouldn't reinstate the meal vouchers. The attached restaurant was a brewers fair, not a fan of these restaurants but the food was actually quite good.. Breakfast was ok aswell.."
