"Cannot recommend for probate or estate matters at all. Started off very well back in mid 2020 and delays due to Covid understandable, however, things have become nothing short of farcical. Probate was granted in April 2021. The matter has still not been settled. We have tried gentle follow ups, phone calls, emails, complaints, contacting the MD, getting cross, face to face meetings in which resolutions have been agreed yet still we get nowhere. There was a solar panel matter running alongside as they formed part of the property but this too was concluded in October 2021. It might be more understandable if it was a complicated estate with a house sale involved or lots of accounts but it’s not. It’s being split between two people who agree with no house sale involved. They’ve tried charging us way beyond the estimate without any discussion, just a bill, despite having to do much less than they quote for. Not forthcoming with an apology, like to deflect blame, make excuses and tell untruths. When a meeting took place over a month ago to try and conclude matters once and for all, they did waive some fees as they admitted the SRA wouldn’t look kindly on them if escalated. As it’s been going on for so long we agreed a way forward and expected it to be wrapped up in days. In true form, it’s still not done. Horrendous experience"
