"would like to take this opportunity to quickly share with you my experience in your port solent store. the visit was to take in my kjus ski jacket which finds itself in need of repair, to find you offered this service was a relief in itself as to throw away a thousand pound jacket is not ideal. now i don't know the man's name , he could have even been the duty manager but other stores should take a leaf out of this man's attitude and approach to customer service. to be served by someone with so much experience and knowledge was a joy . my visit was monday 23/jan midday. i even purchased a £99 base layer as a valentine gift for my wife.
