"Customer services is shocking. Will never buy from here again. They refuse you on your consumer rights and thing its acceptable. Head office is better but, be careful of the Portsmouth branch. Second hand car sales ring a bell on these knobes. The manager who is full of gold necklace and thinks hes god is the biggest pr**k who tells you that your consumer rights means nothing. Luckily the head office knows better. Buyer's beware of the Portsmouth branch. They are only interested in commission and not your legal rights. After lots of arguments they have replaced my faulty goods but, what a battle it has been. I like JD sports but, Portsmouth has let them down @!!!"
