"A nice selection of clothes at the Gunwharf Quays shop, however the dress I tried on already had a hole so not sure of quality. The staff were not friendly, the woman serving me was rude and looked very bored. She barely looked at us, biting her nails and practically threw the bag at me after paying. Also after paying immediately said 'By the way we don't do refunds, just exchanges or store credit'. Very unwelcoming and I won't return."
"Have bought a number of items from the outlet over some years now. Nice styling on jkts I have purchased. Not convinced about quality because I have a hole/rip appeared in front face ( not seam ) of a parka which I have only worn 3 times. The Manager was polite but simply gave me a Head Office number. Note I have not requested a refund..I've had it best part of a year but would like professional advice on a repair. It does have an unacceptable fault . Will be interested in their response. And willingness to help.x"
"A good range of clothes and very good discounts. But when I buy clothes the sales assistants always say "You can't get a refund on these items". Not only is this unfriendly (never a "Hi, did you find what you needed / how are you?" Etc etc), but also it is incorrect information. I can get a refund. A strange decision by whoever decided to start this practice."
"Having worked as an assistant manager in Guildford was really disappointed by my visit on Friday , no welcome , no recognition from any of the staff working. No one looked up from what they were doing , spoke to anyone or made eye contact. So much for the customer experience and being a brand ambassador for their company they work for."
