"I came to the UK for work and didn't know I would be staying at a hotel in the middle of an outdoor outlet mall. How lucky was that!! One thing about outlet malls is that the employees tend to stay very busy with not-so-polite shoppers. As I walked around to the different stores, I found this to be true here as well EXCEPT for the Fred Perry store. I was helped by three people: Meg, Ethan, and Alex. They were just AMAZING!! They treated me like I was their most important customer, answering my questions and showing me items based on what I told them I was looking for. I really like Fred Perry apparel and was happy with the great prices I got on my items. However, Meg, Ethan, and Alex were truly the best thing about my shopping experience.
