"The car park is tiny, the building is very small and poor ventilation makes it very claustrophobic, the receptionist isn't the nicest person and they like to make changes to appointments the same day as appointment. Edit - I've not been since 2016 because I was told by the receptionist that she'd taken me off the dental care list and made me go to go to the emergency dentist in Grimsby! So as far as I was aware I didn't have a dentist and moved to a Grimsby dentist instead!! I'm now even more disappointed with the way I've been treated. No I don't want to call/talk I'd rather see the emergency dentist as its not claustrophobic, they're nice and friendly and they not bothered if you are private or covered by NHS. I don't think I'll ever come back let alone recommend your practice, and your not even disabled friendly, not even wheelchair accessible!!"
"Visited the practice yesterday for a filling after being let down by my previous dentist. All the staff were amazing and helpful from the receptionist to the dentist herself. Everyone following strict covid-19 guidelines. This practice is a shining exam of NHS dentistry at its best. Keep it up guys!!!!"
"Initial appointment in March 2019 identified 1 extraction and 2 fillings, she would have to refer me and sent me for x rays. Had x-rays and hand delivered them to the practice within the week. It then took till July to do the referral, in the time between I had several phone calls from them stating I needed an appointment, had to remind them every time that they were supposed to be referring me. Finally got a letter through from the referral company at the end of July stating 1 filling... Corrected the information and they said no they couldn't do it and they referred me back. I then heard nothing until I had to have an emergency appointment in the middle of September because the tooth for extraction had gotten an abscess. She shouted and ranted at me for 10 minutes that it was my own fault I had the abscess because I did not attend the appointment at the referral clinic, despite me telling her the referral was wrong, they couldn’t fit me in until September anyway and they refused to do it. I left in tears. I was then referred to the hospital who managed to get me in by November, again the referral was wrong it stated 1 extraction (by this time I needed 3 anyway due to a filling falling out and another tooth breaking into the root) luckily the surgeon was amazing and said he would do all three. January 2020 I finally got my surgery and had all 3 out, no thanks at all to the sadist dentist or the useless referrals. Unfortunately this also leaves me needing dentures and no dentist as I will not ever step foot in there again."
"Don't go!!!!! I'am having to have work redone and 4 fillings missed by the dentist in charge. private cost to sort out the poor work £375. How can a dentist miss 4 teeth that need repairing? Check up takes 5 mins and doesn't really look but takes the money. The only good thing is the receptionist is spot on!"
"I have been with this dentist practice forever never had a problem until the regular dentist retired..... got a new lady in and by God she's a butcher..... I've heard several stories of her making grown men cry, I am now scared to go to the dentist because of her which has never been a problem before in my life ( I'm 33) I'm not sure how she has still got a licence. I'd rather pull my own teeth out than go back to that practice while she is still running it. Avoid at all costs. Plus average waiting time (from personal experience last 3 times we went before stopping) we waited 50 minutes too be seen. This lady had totally ruined the reputation of this dental practice such a shame."
