"The staff give away your personal data, BEWARE. I answered all the covid questions day before my appointment, came on the day just to find out that a lady I don't know, called the practice, gave MY FULL NAME AND DETAILS OF THE APPOINTMENT and cancelled it. Someone from the practice breached the data protection law. Obviously, they put someone else in my spot. The only positive thing I can say is that the dentist himself is a normal, nice person. The rest of the staff were highly unpleasant to me and the SUPERVISOR WAS the worst, turning into HOSTILE within seconds, started shouting and threatening me."
