"NHS patient here already? Be careful. Care was fine but appointments were always cancelled and moved. My last appointment in 2020 was cancelled by the practice. I tired to rebook in May 2022 (post COVID) and was told I couldn't as I was not in pain. Tried to book again in August 2022 and was told as it had been 4 years since my last appointment I was an Ex patient! How does that work when they cancelled 2 years ago and then wouldn't let me make an appointment? I've emailed to complain and not heard a thing. I'd not go back due to customer care."
