"I reversed into a big boulder and it knocked the alignment on the wheel arch of the car (Landrover Discovery Sport). I called MARX Vehicle Paint & Alloy centre just before lunchtime, took it there and they saw me within 5 mins, fixed it and refused to take any money for it as a quick job. And more than that, Mark, the lady in the office and the mechanic were all really nice to deal with. So sharing a strong recommendation for these guys for any relevant car work."
"Alloys powder coated black March 2020, one alloy started flacking after 15 months. Company claimed it was due to alloy being damaged, after close inspection and 3rd party inspection the alloy was not damaged and issue must have arose from the application of the power coating. Spoke to Mark at the company who claimed it was due to damage, once he saw the photos showing zero damage to allow, he then changed his story and claimed that business had closed down and he has nothing to do with it, but used to occupy the building. However his website, and email address are all the same as when work was done. Sent further emails for proof of his claim but no reply or return. Now having to use another company to rectify a mistake this company have made, and are burying their heads in the sand over. Not professional at all. 1/12/21 - in reply to Marks reply below - this is the third, different story I have been told now from this company regarding my complaint. As your company is in Aberdeen I would be unable to travel that far for this. Thank you for your reply."
"Recently had my WRX STI in for a repair to the front bumper and a front end refresh. Alloys powder coated to my spec. Guys fitted my front Lip spoiler and made new stone chip foils for the back arches. Very Impressed with the service and quality of workmanship. Highly recommended. Thanks chaps"
