"Went for this company as it had good reviews and I ordered the service on my BMW 330e. The service was poor and I had to ask the guy to go through lost to see what he had done. And when I asked where certain oils were he looked for ages and couldn't find them. The checklist was not carried out properly and I had to speak to the manager. I asked for an email confirming a full service had been carried out on my vehicle but all I got was a receipt."
