"Car was booked in for service at 9am. Was running 20 minutes late, however at drop off was told the car would be ready in 1-2 hours. After not getting any update from them by 12.15pm (2hr 45 minutes after drop off) I phoned them and was told they hadn't even started to service the car yet as 'there had been a hud up'. They again said the car would be ready in 1-2 hrs. There was no update from them in the following 1hr 40 minutes, so I just went to the garage anyway and the car was sitting there having been serviced and the staff were in reception having a chat! So a 2hr job somehow took 4.5hrs. Then the day following the service the tyre pressure warning light came on, so I'm guessing it hadn't been checked during the service. I don't mind there being a delay if I'm informed about it, but there was a complete lack of communication and customer service, and on top of that an incomplete service, so we definitely won't be back and will actively discourage friends and family to go here."
