"Early morning call with Chris who was extremely helpful. Boiler not igniting and no heating, and due to high volume of calls unlikely to get a call out for some time. Chris gave me some advice re defrosting the condensate pipe and problem fixed within 10 mins. Boiler service booked in for a fortnights time when I phoned to provide update - excellent service!!!"

"Very rude and arogant company director. I requested a service and asked the plumber to wear a shoes cover if enter my home. I thought it was a perfectly reasonable request, particularly covid and higene reason. His response was that he is only willing to wear shoes cover if i put on a face mask in my own home. I would not recommend this company. Provides horrible customer service!!!"

"Raymond and Kyle were excellent, i needed a whole new boiler install during winter and a pandemic. Work all complete quick, they were safe wearing masks while they worked and cleaned up after. Very professional and the aftercare has been amazing, a follow up courtesy visit from Raymond to check that it was all in working order and if i was happy. I would highly recommend this company and definitely use them again."
