"I normally like Wicks, but today was really annoying. Wanted some compression bolts. There all in sealed bags so you can't see the actual items, a lot of them had been opened to view the bolts, and had been re-sealed by staff using staples. . I gave up and went to another store, like to see what I'm buying."
"If your the type to check the website see it as "in stock" and go to these stores don't hold your breathe in the hopes of finding it there. Toolstation if the site says it's in stock 99% of time it's there. Ranking DIY sheds Wickes is getting close to the car boot sale end inhabited by homebase. I understand that theft plays part but when there's no shelf edge label to be found there's no excuses."
