Reviews
"Went in for a bottle of wine, gave the woman a £20 note and was short changed by £10. When I went back in to complain she was extremely rude and unhelpful. Requested to see a supervisor but was quickly denied and asked to leave the premises, even threatened with the local authorities for simply asking her to rectify her mistake. She quickly added when I asked her to review the cctv that the cameras don’t work behind the till and even refused to give her name when I requested it to make a formal complaint by how I was treated as I feel it was very unjust. I’m deeply disappointed and disgusted as all I was trying to do was put a smile on my mums face and it was daylight robbery as a result."
"I went in to get a bottle of wine and paid with a £20 the bottle cost 5.75 I was given 4.25 I ask to get it rectified and was told that they are £20 short on the till I can understand trying to help me get my money back but when your bang on £20 short you don’t have to lie and I’ve asked for them to check the cameras and they said the cameras doesn’t cover the till how does the co-o0 cameras not cover the till that means someone is taking money from the tills I’m not happy with being lied to and I understand it’s hard times in this country but it’s £10 I needed that to get baby formula which is almost £10.50"
"Terrible experience with the parcel sending service. First they making up rule of six per person, then it doesn't apply if you are related with the person before. I think it's just an excuse for rasim."
"I remember this as Joe Bloggs. It's way better now! Co-op have a good working system as they are consistent across their stores. You know where to look. As per usual: great staff. The lady behind the counter was helpful friendly and quick."
"Well stocked, easy parking if you don't want to travel into town."
