"I do love Next, but I wish they would remove those horrible toxic airfreshers on display, they are so overbearing and pollute the air so much, triggering headaches for me and other neurological issues, I'm literally eating the stuff, makes me feel awful, I can't stand to go in anymore for this reason and it's such a shame. These airfresheners need to be banned in public environments, it's worse for your health than breathing in cigarette smoke."

"I went on the 28/12/2020, never had such a rude person serve me. I was waiting to be served at the women's section with my toddler in pram, and 2 young children and Sandi was on the shop floor in front of the tills. She looked at me and shouts "move" so she could get past me to go to tills. Instead of going around a customer or a simple excuse me, she yells move. I felt bad for my eldest, who is 6 years old, as she thought she had done something wrong. At the tills, Sandi was grumpy as if serving me was an inconvenience. I buy all my kids clothes from next, but if I have to be served by someone like her again I won't be going. But just to add i also went to the kids section after and the staff there have always been super helpful and friendly."
"I have been a customer of Next for quite a few years but because of a traumatic incident of next doubling my order then despite numerous phone call and being put on hold on and off for almost an hour nothing got sorted. I took the item to the shop, where the assistant phoned customer services and went through the same ordeal. I asked to see the manager, who seemed very young for such a position, but I thought had sorted it out. Unfortunately, he priced the item amount to be returned 20 pounds instead of 40. The saga went on and when I phoned quite distressed after days of phoning , the youngster had the nerve to complain to me that I was angry. Most of the staff are polite but I do think managers of such tender years should have more training of how to deal with upset customers. Next won't have any more of my custom."
